This flower has volunteered itself in our beds, front and back, about 3 years ago. Five spring to early summer blooms, 1 to 1 1/2 inches long, radiate out at the top of a single stalk about 18 to 48 inches tall. The throat of the bloom is dotted with numerous oblong, brown spots. The blooms last at least a week and as they fade, a second 5 blooms appear. The plants spread naturally. I've not found it in gardening or wild flower books. Any help in identifying them is appreciated.
