At the end of Jan'05, I was in S. Calif. for meetings with my work at the adoption agency. After we finished up, I joined my boss' church men's retreat over the weekend. We crossed the border into Mexico at Tijuana and drove down to Rosarito on the Baja Pacific coast.
The hotel was about 50 yards back from the edge of the low cliff in this photo. The rocks have been placed to prevent erosion. Otherwise, the beach is a brown sand.
